Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Clyde Coast Saunas, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage bookings effectively.

Social Sessions & Individual Bookings

72 hours’ notice is required to receive a full refund.
48–71 hours’ notice: we are happy to offer session credits in place of a refund.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or reschedule.

Private Hire Bookings

For private hire of the entire sauna, different terms apply due to the nature of exclusive bookings:

7 days’ notice is required for a full refund.
5–6 days’ notice: a 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 5 days’ notice: we regret that we cannot offer a refund or credits.

Credits & Vouchers

All credits issued are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We regret that cash refunds cannot be given for unused credits or gift vouchers.

If you need to cancel your session, please cancel via your online account first, then email us at info@clydecoastsaunas.co.uk to request a refund or credit, in line with the policy above.
